What we collect
When you book a visit, order wine, join the club or sign up for release letters, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, date of birth confirmation and the details of your booking or order. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To confirm and run your visit, to deliver your wine, to manage your club membership and, only if you asked for them, to send our four release letters a year. We confirm that buyers are 18 or over as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the courier that delivers your order and the payment provider that takes your payment, and only what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years for tax purposes. Club details for as long as you are a member. Release-letter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
