How do I find the cellar door?
Marledon Estate, Coombe Lane, Ledbourne, Ledbourne Vale LB7 4CV
- From the A-road, take the Ledbourne turning and follow the brown grape signs for 2 miles.
- Free parking for 40 cars beside the winery barn; coaches by arrangement.
- Ledbourne station is 1.5 miles away. We collect tour guests from the 10:32 train on request.

The tasting barn, terrace and toilets are step-free. The vineyard walk is on grass; tell us if anyone would rather ride up in the estate buggy.
Planning a visit
All questions- Do I need to book a tasting?
- For tours and lunches, yes: groups are small and weekends fill two to three weeks ahead. For the counter tasting you can walk in, but a booking guarantees your slot on a Saturday.
- Can children and dogs come?
- Both are welcome on the terrace and the vineyard walk. Under-18s join the tour free with a grape juice from our own Pinot, and there is a water bowl by the barn door.
- Is the vineyard walk steep?
- The slope rises about 40 metres over a mile of grass track. Wear flat shoes. If anyone in your group would rather not walk, tell us and we drive them up in the estate buggy.
- What if it rains?
- The tour runs in light rain with estate umbrellas. In a downpour we swap the slope for a longer cellar visit, and lunch moves into the barn. We only cancel for storms, with a full refund.
