Age
You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from us. We may ask for ID at the cellar door or on delivery, and the courier will not leave wine with anyone who appears to be under 18.
Orders and delivery
Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery to mainland Britain. Delivery is £7.95, free on 12 bottles or more. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland take two to three days and cost £17.95.
Faulty bottles
If a bottle is corked or otherwise faulty, send a photo to [email protected] within twelve months of delivery and we will replace or refund it. You do not need to return it.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an unopened order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the wine. Return postage is paid by you unless the wine was faulty or not what you ordered.
Tastings and tours
Booking requests are confirmed by email. Cancel free up to 48 hours before your visit; after that, tours and lunches are charged in full unless we can fill your places. We cancel only in severe weather, with a full refund.
Wine club
Club cases are charged in the week before they ship. Pause or cancel by email before the 1st of the shipping month. There is no minimum term. Member discounts apply only while your membership is active.
